If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, we are very sorry about it!
Please contact us by e-mail(firstname.lastname@example.org) with the items pictures in 7 days. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error as soon as possible we can.
- Please understand we can only resend the same style/size/color merchandise of your original order.
- The item you send back to us needs to be unlaundered and still in its original packaging.
- Please allow 5 days for us to resend your merchandise after we received the exchange item.
- There might be some inevitable slight errors in the production process by different characteristics and properties of fabrics, please understand it.
- Non-faulty：excessive thread end, tiny dirty stain, pressing mark, a slight error under 2 cm.
- Each screen has different settings and slightly color differences. The actual product color shall prevail. Return products based on color difference will not be accepted.
Refund or exchange with not defective or wrong items：
- You're responsible for paying the shipping charges of getting the items back to us.
- Please contact us by e-mail(email@example.com) before you send out the item.
- The item you send back to us needs to be unopened, unlaundered, unworn and still in its original packaging.
- Please note that refund or exchange items should be sent back to us in 7 days since you received the merchandise. The postmark will serve as proof of the date of sending.
Refunds is depending on your bank's processing time. If it is over your credit card settlement date, the refund will appear on your next billing statement.
