To Taiwan:
You can choose 7-ELEVEN convenience store pickup (pickup your merchandise at any 7-ELEVEN you chosen) or T-cat shipping to your address (only for main island of Taiwan).
7-ELEVEN convenience store pickup: Shipping fee is 300 JPY, items sent out from Taiwan. (When you place the order, please fill in the store number and store name which you want to pick your merchandise up. And also fill in your full name and mobile phone number.)
- We ship daily Monday - Friday. (off on weekend and Japanese national holiday.)
- It takes 2-3 days to arrive at the store after we sent the merchandise out. (5 days to outlying Islands.)
- The day and the third day your merchandise arrived at the store, you will receive a SMS on your phone to remind you to pick it up. (If your mobile service provider rejects the business advertising SMS or you didn't turn your mobile phone on for a long time, then you might not receive the reminder SMS.)
- The staff of 7-ELEVEN will check your id with a photo and your full name, and then you can pick your merchandise up after signed the receipt.
- Please pick your merchandise up in 7 days after it arrived. The merchandise will be sent back to our place if you don't pick it up in 7 days. And you're responsible for the resend shipping costs.
T-cat shipping (only for main island of Taiwan): Shipping fee is 500 JPY, items sent out from Taiwan. ( When you place the order, please fill in your full name, phone number and correct address details with post-code.)
